Little Miss

Oh my goodness… How cute is this?  This little miss knows how to have fun!  Check out her pants, but more importantly check out the expression on her face.  She was so much fun.  I can’t help but smile when I am looking through her photographs.  She is a ray of sunshine.

Love Is Found…

This was one of my favorite engagement sessions this summer.  It was soooo hot, but my clients are  soooo in love that I don’t even think they cared!  Each time I look at their photographs, I just smile.  They make my heart melt.  My very favorite fun day is to go to the movies with my husband and watch a funny love story with maybe Sandra Bullock or somebody I can totally identify with!  You know my husband is absolutely thrilled to go with me…  Not!   So, watching my clients was like watching my favorite love story on this day!  I can’t wait to photograph their awesome wedding.

A Fun Afternoon!

This is why I love my job.  I sometimes think way too much.  I think way to hard about my style of photography and how maybe if I did this or that (following the crowd), I would grow and be successful at my craft.  Then, a family like this comes along.  As I am editing, I remember why I am a lifestyle photographer… because I love emotions.  I love to see people sharing their love with one another, their playful sides and even tears.  That is what makes me think and feel.  If I capture this interaction in my photographs, then I feel successful.  It is all about a connection for me.  The best compliment for me is when someone sheds tears of joy when they see their photographs.

Summer Splendor

I love days when I feel like this!  So carefree… so full of dreams.  I hope everyone has days like these.  These photographs just brighten my world.

H + B = Real Love

I just love weddings.  They make me realize how lucky I am to have found the love of my life.  I know H has waited a long time to find her one and only.  Now she is married and starting a brand new life.  Brian, Peggy & I really enjoyed her big day.  -I have to admit though, it was one hot day.  I won’t forget that heat index!  The bridal party was toasted from the heat by the time they arrived to the reception.  Her favorites are black and whites so…  Here are some of the sweet memories from her special day.  Oh… Check out the 66′ Mustang!

On The Subject Of Love

I just realized that I didn’t place any photographs of one of my recent weddings on the blog!  It was just so beautiful…  How could I forget?!  Here are a few from their special day.  A big thank you to Peggy for helping me!

Love In Bloom

I have been waiting and waiting to post these!!!   What a beautiful bride.  She was just so radiant.   I know she was thinking of her big day.   No doubt, she timed her bridal portrait session just right…  All of the flowers were in bloom.

Sugar Plum

I have been photographing the cutest little ones -ever.   Actually, I have photographed this sweet girl since she was a couple of weeks old!  I love watching them grow and change that first year.  It is awesome.  She is just too funny… She scoots around and grabs her tummy and just wiggles from side to side… She is just a sweet miracle of God.  That is all there is to it.

Little People

Oh, how cute… This sweet girl is sooo smart!  I was blown away with how much she understands and talks… quietly, but talks.  I really think she will be a great mother one day!  She knows how to hold her baby just right.  Big brother was a very good sport… walking around and walking around and walking around… looking for perfect light.

Little Bird.

I absolutely love photographing these little ones -inside or outside, but I can’t wait to get outside for more than a few minutes!  Why is it sooooo cold at the beach?  I do have some fun toys at my studio, just to liven things up a bit.  Here is one from a recent session with one of my favorite little clients…
